i know there is no short supply of breakcore but this up-and-coming artist has a nice sound. this is a well-structured, refreshing addition to the genre. the opening track is my favorite, it's really great.

Alive 2020
- artist: Skylar Spence
- release year: 2020
- score: 9/10
mixtape that came with the Hit Vibes 2020 repress. my true introduction to Skylar Spence/Saint Pepsi. showcases his raw talent and sound. mixes up some familiar classics, recent hits, prior Saint Pepsi songs and previously unreleased Skylar Spence demos. At one point he mixes Daft Punk with Hall & Oates. i highly recommend this one.

RePorpoised Phantasies
- artist: Machine Girl
- release year: 2020
- score: 9/10
i listen to this one all the time. it's my favorite machine girl album and sound. it's like a fucked up sonic cd soundtrack. the kind of album that makes you just wanna move something. that Merky ACE remix is crazy.
